Does your employer value you enough?

Research has shown that pricing and profit optimisation manager are one of the largest influencers on their company’s turnover. However, due to their strategic importance to the organisations they work for, more awareness is needed in how to keep these managers from leaving the organisation. 

The goal of this study is to understand if and why pricing and profit optimisation managers are considering to leave their current employer. Thus insight need to be gained in the current work situation and in which way this situation can be changed for the better.

The European Pricing Platform, in cooperation with the Radboud University Nijmegen, in the Netherlands, aims to research the commitment, salary and turnover intent survey of Pricing and Profit optimisation managers. Anna Flammos, a student from the masters specialisation Strategic Human Resource Management, will be conducting the study under supervision of her lecturer Dr. J. Bücker.
